Joel is a gem, an absolutely terrific realtor. Personable, reasonable, kind, with a good sense of humor, and just excellent at his job.

I was planning to purchase a house late this year, so imagine my surprise when I found the right one in January, nearly a year early, on the first day Joel took me house hunting. I was totally unprepared to put an offer on a house. No mortgage loan pre-approval, no idea who to talk to or what to do next. Joel walked me through step by step, with great humor and expertise, talking me through a panic when the inspection came back and I made an Alp out of what turned out to be a mole hill. He took care of every wobble or potential problem before it could even begin to derail the house buying process.

Closed on the house this afternoon. It's perfect for my needs, I could not be happier. And I am absolutely convinced that if not for Joel, I would still be out there looking.
